Delete your account in the app (fastest)
This path works for every role: patient, doctor, and laboratory.

Open the Account tab
Sign in, then open the Account or Profile screen.

Choose Delete account
The option is at the bottom of the Account screen.

Confirm by signing in again
Re-authentication protects your account from accidental or malicious deletion.
Request deletion online (without the app)
If the app is no longer installed, send a deletion request from the email address registered on your account.
Subject: Account Deletion Request
We verify ownership via your registered email and confirm the deletion by email within 30 days at most.

- Deleted: the authentication account, profile, public profile image, device notification tokens, favorites, and notification history.
